ABOUT KIMBERLY
Honestly? I never know what to say on these pages. So here’s the real version.
I started photography school on my 40th birthday. Not because someone told me to. Because I wanted to. I learned on film and I’ll never apologize for that — there’s something about film that digital just can’t touch. It changed how I see everything. Light. Shadow. The way a moment actually feels. I can’t read a magazine or watch a movie the same way anymore and I’m completely fine with that.
I see things a little darker. A little more contrasty. I love urban decay, abandoned spaces, and anything that most photographers would walk right past. I’ll ask you to get dirty. I’ll ask you to play. I want you to leave our session remembering how much fun you had — not how many times you had to say “cheese.”
Thirteen years in. A creative studio in Prescott where no two sessions ever look the same. Still obsessed.
When I’m not behind a camera I’m running Badass Business Society — a mastermind group for business owners done being invisible — and creating digital tools like the Finally F*cking Flammable workbook to help people stop playing small.
I have an amazing husband Tyson, 4 incredible kids, 2.5 grandkids and counting — number three arrives end of August — and 2 pit bulls who absolutely run the show. Coffee is non-negotiable. Chocolate is medicine.
That’s me. Let’s make something real.
